•Seedling size Cattleya in 2"pot. The first picture showing one classic form of Cattleya Violacea var. semi alba flamea and the second picture is Cattleya Violacea var. semi alba.
The plants you buying are cross of C. Violacea 'Sarasota Splash' x Violacea s/a, a highly anticipate intraspecific cattleya cross combines a splashed-petal clone ('Sarasota Splash') with a semi-alba (s/a) form, yielding offspring with striking color contrasts. Expect vibrant, colorful blooms blending the distinct splashed/flamed traits of 'Sarasota Splash' with the clean white segments and colored lip typical of semi-alba genetics.
This is a lowland, equatorial Cattleya species from South America, which means it thrives in warm, humid conditions and bright filter light. Provide 50-70% humidity and good air circulation around the root zone to prevent rot.
Being an epiphyte, it needs excellent drainage. Use a fast-draining medium and, keep evenly moist during the active growing season (spring/summer) and allow them to dry out slightly between waterings in the winter.
