Both parent plants share strong Cattleya aclandiae lineage, resulting in a compact, heavily spotted, and highly floriferous orchid that blooms multiple times a year with beautiful, waxy, fragrant flowers.
Parentage & Genetics
- Cattleya Landate: A cross between Cattleya Aclandiae and Cattleya Guttata. It is known for imparting heavy substance, intense spotting, and a prominent lip to its progeny.
- Cattleya Brabantiae: A cross between Cattleya Aclandiae and Cattleya Loddigesii. It tends to contribute a more compact growing habit, soft pink to lavender background petals, and abundant spots.
Prefers bright, filtered light and warm-to-intermediate temperatures. Needs regular watering with well-draining media, allowing the roots to slightly dry between waterings.
